I can't begin to even explain on the amount of unhealthy crap I have been eating in the past couple of weeks.
Not working out properly and having a horrible diet has resulted in my body fat percentage increasing quite Abit.
And honestly, I don't know what to do.
Okay maybe I should set a goal?
They say it takes 21 days to break or make a habit.
So, maybe I'll do a 21 day challenge.
I'll find the discipline somewhere in me, to avoid junk food and eat as proper as I can for the next 21 days, and exercise moderately too.
I'll draw out a time calendar and all that to make it official. HAHAHA.
And after that I'll start posting my progress here and there.
Let's see if I really do improve after 21 days.
Only time will tell.
(Ps: no I'm not only going to be healthy for 21 days, this is just to ease back into that health and fitness lifestyle)
